Welcome to our website, which aims to build an open and accessible community dedicated to sharing the joys of sound, voice, music, spoken word, in all its shapes and forms.

We are a small and friendly group of people interested in the use of sound to enhance emotional and physical health, personal and spiritual development and wellbeing.

We are based in High Peak area and hold a monthly Sound Healing Circle at Hadfield Hall (Community Room), Railway Street, Hadfield, normally on 1st Wednesday of the month (apart from January and August), between 7.30 and 9.45pm. If you would like to join us or find out more, please contact Rhiannon Becque at rhiannon@rhiannonbecque.co.uk. Rhiannon also offers one-to-one sound healing sessions and as well as poetry medicine.

We also have a monthly Drumming Circle at The Craft Barn, Hadfield, on 3rd Wednesday of each month (apart from August), between 7.30 and 9pm. If you would like to join the Circle, please contact Masha Bennett at masha@practicalhappiness.co.uk

“Loved the sound bath that Masha and Rhiannon presented. What an awesome experience, I can’t believe I nodded off I felt very peaceful.”

“A wonderful drumming group facilitated by Masha. People who are experienced drummers, new to drumming, from all walks of life meet together to drum. Drumming with purpose and intent, sharing the healing vibrations, collaborating on a healing journey. A brilliant experience all held together through the power of the drum. Exhilarating, joyful and powerful.”
